Specie and Location of Tree

A Holm Oak tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle across the boundary.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump poisoned.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a number of Camellia shrubs will be planted along the boundary.
