Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 8m in height, on the left-hand side of the property.

Description of Approved Works

Remove (fell) to near ground level.  Freeholder to remove any regrowth from stump as it appears.  Chemical treatment is not appropriate due to other trees of the same species to be retained nearby.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary for this location.
