Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little low growing.

Description of Approved Works

Removal of up to 3 small branches, they are to be removed by severing at the main trunk, including the removal of any dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
