Specie and Location of Tree

A Bay tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little too large for its locations.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height by 30% and the side growth reduced proportionally including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
