Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Mimosa tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and oddly shaped.

T2.          A Yew tree approximately 6m in height, situated a little further down the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T3.          A Strawberry tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden.

T4.          A Holly tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide-spreading.

T5.          A Fig tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Reduce all round by up to 1.5m to provide a more compact rounded specimen.

T3.          Lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          Reduce all round by up to 1.5m to provide a more compact and rounded specimen.

T5.          Remove Wisteria entwined within the crown together with an all-round reduction of up to 1.5m to provide a more compact specimen.
