Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner of the front garden adjacent to Court Lane.

T2.          2 Wild Plum trees approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little tall and out of shape.

T3.          A triple-stemmed Holly tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T4.          An Oak sapling approximately 5m in height, situated in the centre of the rear garden.

T5.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T6.          A Yew tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little out of shape.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove one low branch over the public footpath, which should be cut back to the main trunk.

T2.          Lightly thin and reduce to form more compact specimens.

T3.          Remove one stem sited close to the boundary fence, and the remaining crown rounded off at 4m above ground level.

T4.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T5.          Remove one low branch.  No other work is necessary at the present time.

T6.          Round off at approximately 3m and the side growth clipped back proportionally.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
