Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided and maintained to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the timber cladding for the bike and bin store are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
