Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Winter flowering Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Burbage Road.

T2.          A Weeping Birch tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T3.          A small Willow tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T4.          A Tulip tree approximately 12m in height, situated midway down the left-side boundary of the rear garden.

T5.          A Weeping Pear tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T6.          A Buckeye tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.

T7.          A Holm Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide-spreading.

T8.          A Eucalyptus tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T9.          A False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated midway down the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 10% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Reduce all round by up to 1m to previous pruning points including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T3.          Lightly thin by 10% and re-shape as necessary.

T4.          Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and lifting of low branches.

T5.          Reduce all round by up to 1m and re-shape as necessary.

T6.          Reduce in height by up to 2m and re-shape as necessary.

T7.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T8.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T9.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
