Tree ID 5047: A Goat Willow tree approximately 9.5m in height, situated in the front garden. 

Description of Approved Works 

Tree ID 5047: Sectional dismantle to ground level and treat with systemic herbicide (eco-plug). No replacement tree required due to extent of vegetation within front and rear gardens.
