Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Lime tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the left-hand corner of the front garden adjacent to Alleyn Road.

T2.          A Lime tree approximately 10m in height, situated in a more central location on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.  The tree is a little dense.

T3.          An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and low growing.

T4.          A number of mature trees situated towards the bottom boundary of the rear garden along the right-hand side boundary.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Removal of deadwood only.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches to 3m above ground level and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T4.          No work is permitted at the present time apart from the removal of any dead wood.
