Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          An Ash tree approximately 14m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. 

T3.          A small Oak tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden under the canopy of the Ash tree (T2).  The tree is a little wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove epicormic growth together with all dead wood, no other work is permitted for the time being and the height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Minor lifting of low branches over the roadway to Ryecotes Mead to provide a clearance of 5.5m from ground level, together with the removal of all dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Lift low branches over the roadway at Ryecotes Mead to provide a clearance of 5.5m from ground level, together with the removal of all dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
