Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.

Condition 2: Digital samples of the proposed brick, garage door colour (which should match Estate standard), profiled cementitious cladding tiles, red zinc coping, roof, flue colour and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
