Specie and Location of Tree

A Holm Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the front garden boundary with no 79.

Description of Approved Works

Lateral crown reduction away from the roof by up to 2m, back to previous reduction points.

Crown lift by up to 3.5m.  Remove stem of a Cypress tree to provide a 1m clearance directly beneath a lateral branch
