Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 8442       A Yew tree approximately 8m in height, situated on the far right-hand side of the rear garden.  The crown is encroaching on the building to the right-hand side.  The main stem is leaning towards the garden, resulting in forward weighted growth and an unbalanced crown.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8442       Prune to provide a minimum 1m clearance from the building to the right-hand side. Prune the remaining crown and re-shape as necessary, reducing forward growth by up to 1m thereby reducing the loading associated with the existing lean.
