Specie and Location of Tree

A Eucalyptus tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is in poor health and condition with extensive decay at the base.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump poisoned or removed.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
