Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the front boundary with Village Way to the right of the driveway.  The canopy is a little one-sided towards the Dance School at No 7 Village Way.

Description of Approved Works

Removal of 3-4 low growing branches encroaching towards the front of No 7, pruned back to the main trunk of convenient growth points in order to balance the crown, including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
