A Tree of Heaven (Ailanthus) approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
