T3.          An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 4m in height, situated towards the front of the front garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

T3.    Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the front garden is well stocked with small trees and shrubs.
