Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8061       A Weeping Birch tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the front garden. Requiring a little re-shaping and crown lifting in places.

Tree ID 8062       A Magnolia tree approximately 2m in height, situated in the front garden under the canopy of Tree ID 8061 above.  The tree is unsuitable in its position as struggling beneath the canopy of the adjacent larger Birch tree.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8061       Trim some of the outer new growths by up to 0.5m back to growth points and lift the lowest canopy growth by up to 0.5m to create an even level all round. Dead wood to be removed in the underside of the canopy. Heavy waste all around Root Protection Area right up to the main stem must be removed by Friday 26 June 2026., This is detrimental to the trees

Tree ID 8062       Relocate to the rear garden during the October 2026 and March 2027 planting season.  The Builders waste on the tree roots to be urgently removed by this Friday 26 June.
