Species and Location of Tree

A Bay tree approximately 3m in height, situated in a central location within the front garden.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A Replacement tree is not necessary as there is a well-shaped variegated Holly tree on the front boundary, which should be retained in its present form.
