A mature Oak tree approximately 18m in height, situated in a central location at the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is a well-proportioned and magnificent tree with a high amenity value.

Description of Approved Works

The tree is to be retained in its present form and no work is permitted apart from the removal of any dead wood.
