Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 6995       A Weeping Pear tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree requires re-shaping.

Tree ID 7033       A Golden False Acacia tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  Strong regrowth has developed during the current growing season and requires trimming to maintain the tree’s shape and size.

Tree ID 7034       A Corkscrew Willow tree approximately 7m in height, situated on the near left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree requires pruning.

Tree ID 8445       A Tibetan Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the mid left-hand side of the rear garden. 

Tree ID 8446       A Silver Wattle tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated in the far left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is growing rapidly at an angle into the adjacent Magnolia.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 6995       Reduce back to previous pruning points.

Tree ID 7033       Reduce the longest outer growths by up to 1m, retaining a natural shape and avoiding an overly hard or ‘chopped’ appearance.

Tree ID 7034       Prune back all over to previous pruning points.

Tree ID 8445       Remove dead wood and trim this year’s growth, reducing up to 30cm as required.

Tree ID 8446       Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
