Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 7946       A Wild Cherry Plum tree approximately 7m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7946       Fell to ground level.  Do not stump grind.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

 

Broussonetia papyrifera                (Paper Mulberry)

Catalpa bignonioides ‘Bungeii’    (Indian bean tree (bungeii variety])

Cercis siliquastrum                          (Judas tree)

 

The new tree should be planted by March 2027.

Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
