Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-side of the front entrance.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.         Two Cherry trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the front garden, one near the house and the other on the front corner with Kingswood Drive, both trees are a little dense and wide spreading.

T3.         A Cherry tree approximately 12m in height, situated to the rear of a garden shed on the right side of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by approximately 20% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low wide spreading branches by pruning at the main trunk, and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.         Crown thin by approximately 15% - 20% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low branches, and the necessary shaping of the trees, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.         Crown thin by approximately 25% including the removal of any dead wood, lifting of low wide spreading branches by pruning at the main trunk, and the necessary shaping of the tree, ensuring the height and basic shape is retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
