Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 7m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.  The tree is very wide-spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce all round by up to 1m and clip in its present rounded and formal shape.  The basic shape should be retained.
