Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Window and door frames at all levels to the front, and above ground floor to the rear, are to be white to match the original design.

Condition 2: The replacement front fence must exactly match existing in style, section size, height and colour.

Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act.

Condition 4: Digital samples of the translucent glass, brick and roof materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.

Condition 5: Detail of window section/profile is to be submitted.
