Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Lime tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated on the front left-hand side corner adjacent to Winterbrook Road and Stradella Road.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted on the corner as before and below are the two-alternative species for consideration:

Fagus sylvatica ‘Fastigiata’            (Dawyck Beech)

Carpinus butulus’Fastigiata          (Pyramidal Hornbeam)
