An Oak tree approximately 22m in height, situated within the rear garden and overhanging the boundary with No 21.

Description of Approved Works

Remove lower descending branches from laterals overhanding no 21, retaining overall height and form.  Remove dead branch overhanging no 23.

No other works or thinning is approved.
