Specie and Location of Tree

A yellow leafed False Acacia tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree has substantial decay.

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
