Species and Location of Trees
Tree ID T1 A Locust tree approximately 14m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T2 A Locus tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T3 A Leyland Cypress tree approximately 16 in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T4 A Lime tree approximately 20m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T5 A Lime tree approximately 20m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T6 A Lime tree approximately 17m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T7 A Lime tree approximately 20m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID T8 A Sycamore tree approximately 18m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Tree ID G12 5 X Leyland Cypress trees approximately 19m in height, situated in in the rear garden.
Tree ID H13 Leyland Cypress approximately 14m in height, situated in the rear garden.
Description of Approved Works
Tree ID T1 Fell to ground level and stump grind.
Tree ID T2 Fell to ground level and stump grind.
Tree ID T3 Fell to ground level and stump grind.
Tree ID T4 Remove deadwood over 1m in length and crown lift to 5m above ground level.
Tree ID T5 Clear basal growth. remove deadwood over 1m in length and crown lift to 5m above ground level
Tree ID T6 Remove deadwood.
Tree ID T7 Fell to ground level (stump grinding not permitted due to proximity to surrounding trees RPA).
Tree ID T8 Crown height reduction of up to 3.6m back to closest growth point and reduction in crown width by up to 1.4m back to closest growth point. Remove deadwood over 1m in length.
Tree ID G12 Reduce height of group by up to 6m, leaving group at approx. 13m in height. Remove moderate deadwood.
Tree ID H13 Reduce height of hedge by up to 4.0m leaving group at approx. 10m in height.
Details of Replacement Required
As a condition of the removal of Tree ID T1 above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Betula nigra (River Birch)
Ginkgo biloba ‘Blagon’ (Blagon maidenhair)
Parrotia persica ‘Vanessa’ (Vanessa persian ironwood)
Replacement tree required by March 2027. Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
As a condition of the removal of Tree ID T2 above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Betula nigra (River Birch)
Ginkgo biloba ‘Blagon’ (Blagon maidenhair)
Parrotia persica ‘Vanessa’ (Vanessa persian ironwood)
Replacement tree required by March 2027. Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
