Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 18m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden adjacent to the main road.

T2.         A Weeping Willow tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  There is a large cavity in one of the main boughs.

T3.         A twin stemmed Silver Birch tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary.  There is decay in a cavity in one of the main stems.

T4.         A False Acacia tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the front of the house on the right-hand side.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove a split bough in the upper crown together with the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.         The bough to be reduced by 50% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T3.         Reduce as necessary and re-shape.

T4.         Removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
