Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          2 Lime trees approximately 15m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.

T2.          2 Olive trees approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The trees are a little dense.

T3.          A Holm Oak tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T4.          A Cherry tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

T5.          A Cherry tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary.  The tree is a little dense. 

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Re-pollard at 6m previous pruning points.

T2.          Lightly thin by 15% including the necessary re-shaping.  The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape be retained.

T4.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T5.          Re-pollard at previous pruning points 5m above ground level.
