Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 6264       A Golden Robinia tree approximately 7m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  This tree was removed last year as it was becoming dangerous.

Tree ID 6266       A False Acacia tree approximately 13m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  Crown is thin on leaf possibly due to this year’s drought.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 6264       Amendment to Replanting Condition on Previous Licence: Following a further site meeting with the resident, it was agreed that a replacement tree is not required in this instance, given the well-stocked nature of the garden and the existing level of planting.

Tree ID 6266       Remove dead wood and monitor trees regrowth in spring/early summer next year to assess whether the current thin crown foliage is more than just drought conditions from this year.
