Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A twin-stemmed Lime tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          Two Lime trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary a little further down the rear garden.  The trees are a little dense and wide spreading.

T3.          A Magnolia tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the small front garden.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Removal of the smaller stem by severing at ground level, the overhanging canopy of the remaining stem may be crown thinned by 20%, including the removal of dead wood and necessary trimming back from the garden.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary trimming back from the garden.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood, base growth, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
