Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8315       A Lombardy Poplar tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the rear garden on the end boundary with South Croxted Road.  The tree is growing rapidly.

Tree ID 8316       A Bay tree approximately 8m in height, situated on the near right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is too large for its position.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8315       Re-pollard just above previous pruning points reducing the overall height by up to 50%.

Tree ID 8316       Reduce height by 50%, reshaping for a natural rounded form.
