A Weeping Pear tree approximately 3.5m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree is too large for its location.

Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the front garden and below is the agreed specie:
