A Cypress tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
