Species and Location of Trees

T1. A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front left-hand corner of the adjacent garden at No 13 Sydenham Hill. The tree is encroaching over the boundary and towards the front elevation of No 11 Sydenham Hill.

T2. A Yew tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the front boundary with Sydenham Hill.

Description of Approved Works

T1. Remove two low branches at the main trunk together with the shortening of branches encroaching towards the property. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2. Remove two low branches at the main trunk.
