Specie and Location of Tree

A Mulberry tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is dying.

Description of Approved Works

Remove with the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted and will be agreed at a later date.
