Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

The stump of a previously felled Ash tree is showing signs of regeneration with new growth approximately 3m in height, situated on the front boundary.

Description of Approved Works

The stump should either be ground out, or dug out manually, if this is not possible it should be poisoned to prevent further new growth from the base.
