A deciduous Magnolia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Lightly thin by 15% including lifting low branches and trimming back from the left side to provide a more balanced and well-proportioned tree.
