A Mimosa tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle towards the house.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

None.  The garden is well stocked with mature trees.
