Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 11m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Park.  The tree is a little low growing over the footpath.

T2.          A Corkscrew Willow tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lift low branches to provide a minimum clearance of 3m over the footpath.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long-lateral branches to provide a more compact specimen.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
