Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Wild Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle into the garden and could be deemed dangerous.

T2.         An Ash stump approximately 5m in height, situated very close to (T1) above.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.         Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a suitable location of the rear garden and below are the agreed alternative species for consideration:

Betula jacquemontii       (Silver Birch)

Crataegus prunifolia       (Cockspur Thorn)

Sorbus aucuparia            (Rowan)
