Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted during November and March in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the alternative species for consideration:

Crataegus prunifolia        (Cockspur Thorn)

Paulownia tomentosa    (Foxglove tree)

Betula jacquemontii       (Silver Birch)

 

The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
