A Silver Birch tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Removal of two low growing branches encroaching over the garden of no. 2a by pruning at the main trunk, also the removal of one low branch directly over the boundary fence and encroaching towards the front.
