Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity
Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the wall, roof and hardstanding materials are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement
