A line of Lime trees approximately 3.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

One tree to be removed together with the stump being ground out in order to provide a new access off Burbage Road.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary.
