Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A Spruce tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

T2.       A Cherry tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side close to the bottom of the rear                    garden.

T3.       A Lilac tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden.

T4.       A Pear tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is a                  little dense.

T5.       A Purple Plum tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.                  The tree is a little dense.

T6.       A number of Cherry saplings approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left side of the rear garden close                to the greenhouse.

T7.       A Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary close to the Cherries (T6).                 The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Remove and the stump either poisoned or removed.

T2.       Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.       Re-shape as a more compact specimen.

T4.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T5.       Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, water shoots and necessary re-shaping.

T6.       Removal of four stems and the retention of four more significant stems.

T7.       Reduce all round to a more compact specimen some 2m in height.
