Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the joint boundary with 1b Allison Grove.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce the tree to fence height and branches encroaching towards the fence should be cut back to convenient growth points and re-shaped as necessary.
